1. Motion accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was received by you or the delivery office for example "Your Item was received by X on 11-03-2021 and is now due for delivery today". Your product must be returned in it's original packaging, and in the same condition (unused/unworn) that it was sent in (i.e. re-sellable condition). If we deem the products to be in un-fit state for resale and/or isn’t in the same condition and worn we can’t refund you as we can’t resell it.The return can not be initiated if consumer "change of mind" or if consumer wants to give back the item due to not acknowledging what he/she was purchasing as details were already provided before the purchase.

2. We will not refund/exchange our customised products, pre-orders or solid gold. There are no refunds as they are made to order products.
2.1 We will not refund/exchange grills once they have been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons.
3. Motion is not responsible for any shipping fees on returns/exchanges unless we have made the error. Example: Motion send you the wrong item.
3.1. When returning/exchanging your products you will have to pay for the shipping cost (you will only cover the fees of what we paid to ship your products).
4. Any payments/deposits on custom made jewellery is none refundable. Customised products are unique and one of so we can't just re-sell these unique customised products.
5. When returning products for returns/exchanges from countries where duty taxes or import charges apply, you, the customer, are liable to pay the amount we have to pay. (We will take the amount off of your refund). If you are exchanging products you will have to pay us the duties or import charges that we pay in order to receive your exchanged products.
6. Once we receive your exchanged products we aim to exchange your products in estimated 1-7 business days. We will then ship your exchanged products out with the agreed delivery service.
7. Once we receive your return, we will then refund you your money in estimated 1-7 business days. Please then allow an estimated 3-7 business days for your refund to be received by your original payment method.

8. Motion Gift Cards are non-refundable. You can use the Gift Card/s at anytime as they have no expiry date. 

9. We do not accept returns for custom products or solid gold orders as they are made-to-order and cannot be re-sold. All earrings sales are final due to hygiene purposes.

Lifetime Guarantee:

All Motion pieces come with a Lifetime Guarantee. This entitles you to a one-time replacement of your piece should you experience any manufacturing defects. This includes, defective bail, defective clasp or stone faults. 

This guarantee is voided under intentional breakage, water damage or fading due to wear.

Please note, we offer replacements of the exact same item that is damaged, we cannot replace it for another item of the same or different value.If you are past the 14 day return date you can return the defective item and exchange for store credit, if you qualify .To request a replacement for a faulty item, or for more details on the Lifetime Guarantee, please email info@motionjewels.com.


For orders included in the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, in order to receive a refund or exchange, BOTH items must be returned. If only 1 item is returned we reserve the right to reject the request.
