Our products are made out of highest quality materials, including a lead/nickel free Brass base and then 5 times PVD plated in 18k gold.(including stainless steel)
All our products excluding solid gold include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Meaning if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unworn and in the same condition as you received it within 14 days of your delivered order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept every major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Split payments of 4 through Clearpay or Klarna and PayPal.
Clearpay allows you to split the cost of your order in 4 equal no-interest payments. The first payment is due at the time of your order, then you will be automatically charged each month after for the remaining 3 payments. To chose one of these payment option, simply checkout as normal, and once prompted on the checkout page, select Clearpay.

How long does shipping and processing take?
To provide a smooth online shopping experience, Motion ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in transit within Three - Five business days after the payment is confirmed.
What is your Return / Exchange Policy?
We offer an 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order assuming it is in the same new condition as received.
What is your Lifetime Warranty?
We also offer an industry leading Lifetime Warranty, our lifetime warranty covers the following: broken chain, broken clasp, missing stones. If any of these occur, then we will replace it for free. Proof of purchase such as order number, store receipt, or certificate of authenticity is required to submit a warranty claim.
To open a Lifetime Warranty Claim for a purchase made at a retail store, please email us at email@example.com with a photo of proof of purchase and the damaged product. If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer the lifetime warranty. No exceptions can be made.
