How long does shipping and processing take?

What is your Return / Exchange Policy?
We offer an 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order assuming it is in the same new condition as received.
What is your Lifetime Warranty?
We also offer an industry leading Lifetime Warranty, our lifetime warranty covers the following: broken chain, broken clasp, missing stones. If any of these occur, then we will replace it for free. Proof of purchase such as order number, store receipt, or certificate of authenticity is required to submit a warranty claim.
To open a Lifetime Warranty Claim for a purchase made at a retail store, please email us at warranty@motionjewels.com with a photo of proof of purchase and the damaged product. If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer the lifetime warranty. No exceptions can be made.
