Motion Jewels chains are produced using only the highest quality and most durable precious metals from Solid Gold,Stainless Steel, Brass and Sterling Silver. For example our vermeil items are Gold Bonded chains which are crafted by coating a Solid Sterling Silver chain 3-5 times in real gold. This is a very expensive and meticulous process done in by our in-house expert jewelers. Most competitors offer cheaply made flash/thin plated chains with a hollow stainless steel base and thin layer of gold plated over it steel.

To provide a smooth online shopping experience, Motion Jewels ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in transit within Three - Five business days after the payment is confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time. 

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. MJ is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.

• MJ reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, UPS, or FedEx, MJ is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with said carrier and pending a future investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund the order or not.


International Shipments

• Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by MJ.

• MJ gives UPS, USPS or FedEx the opportunity to fulfill their delivery promise within the shipping time frame selected and paid for by the customer before taking further action on lost packages.

• Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Failed Delivery

 

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Motion) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.


Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered or at the delivery office waiting for collection. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address as most of these parcels are shipped internationally so we are unable to claim the value of the package back.

We're unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit the 'Order now' button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to replace or refund this order.

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in it's place
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Motion Jewels offers an industry leading Lifetime Warranty. Our pieces are designed to last a lifetime, but if your product experiences any issues under normal wear and tear then you are entitled to a FREE one-time repair or replacement of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover unintentional abuse (water/chemical damage, scratches/scuffs, fading, accidental breakage) or lost/stolen items. Any repairs or alterations performed by any party other than Motion Jewels will void the warranty. If the particular piece you wish to exchange is discontinued, then we will allow an exchange for something of equal or lesser value.

Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A returns slip complete with address information will be created automatically within the returns system, which can be printed direct or emailed to you.

Motion Jewels does offer a premium selection of Solid Gold chains, bracelets, rings and pendants. The gram weight of our products can vary slightly based on manufacturer methods, which is why we estimate our products' gram weights within a 5 gram +/- range.
